Connect with nature

The residency takes place among palms and olive trees on the edge of a quintessential Cotswold village on the upper reaches of the River Thames.  It is set in pastures farmed since Roman times with vistas over the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The house lies within 17 acres of picturesque countryside. It has a charming courtyard garden, the only private stone bridge over the Thames, and shady woodland a stone’s throw away.

Sit in the shadow of palms and olive trees. You might spy deer in the woods or when the seasons are dry tiptoeing across the lawn to the riverbed. And on Monday mornings watch the foxes find refuge from the hunt and their beagles on the near and safe side of the bridge. By night the skies sparkle free of urban neon.
