This 4 day yoga and meditation retreat was a huge success with guests enjoying yoga and meditation sessions in and around the grouds (we were so lucky with the weather) the forest and on the banks of the lake created some very magical moments and needless to say some huge breakthroughs, It was such a pleasure to host Rebecca and her guests.
Evenings were spent sharing experiences, beautiful food and mugs of cacao, The Mill has so many cosy corners and spaces for reflection and moments of tranquility- the space is light and airy yet warm and inviting.
The retreat was was catered for by The Relish Group and they provided an abundance of freshly prepared vegetarian meals- the fruit platters and handmade pastries graced the breakfast table to welcome in the morning and the guests dined on a colourful and completely delicious vegetarian bbq on the terrace at sundown, with some very tempting virgin cocktails- thank you Relish !!
